Payment

Payments can be made by credit card using Paypal.

Shipping

All items are shipped from England. Everything is handmade to order so please allow 2-3 days for items to be dispatched.

All orders sent within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
All orders sent Internationally will be sent via Airmail.

Every bag is carefully wrapped in tissue and sent in a box to ensure it arrives looking just as beautiful as it did when it left  studio!

Refunds and Exchanges

I really hope you will love your new bag!

However if for some reason you don’t, please e-mail us at emma [!at] emmagordon.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it and we will explain what to do and where to send it back.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the costs to send back. Please make sure you use a tracking service when sending any items back.

Please ensure the bag is sent back in the condition it was received, unused and complete with tags.
