Shipping for the cape-lets is £3.95 (UK), £5.00  (Europe), £7.95 (Rest of World).

All items are shipped from England. Everything is handmade to order so please allow 1-3 days for items to be dispatched.

Please note, delivery times are sometimes subject to slight delays and will vary from country to country depending on local postal services. I cannot be held responsible for delayed packages.

All orders sent within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery (1-2 days delivery time).
All orders sent Internationally will be sent via TRACKED Airmail (3-5 days Europe, 7-10 days Rest of World).

Courier delivery is available upon request - just let me know when you need to receive items by and I will look into best possible options.

Every bag is carefully wrapped in a stripy gift bag and sent in a box to ensure it arrives looking just as beautiful as it did when it left the studio!

 

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

I really hope you will love your new bag!

However if for some reason you don’t, please e-mail me at emma@emmagordon.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it and I will explain what to do and where to send it back.

You will be responsible for the costs to send back. Please make sure you use a tracking service when returning any items.

Please ensure the bag is sent back in the condition it was received, unused and complete with tags.

PLEASE NOTE:  Personalised products and items that have been customised cannot be returned.
