ARE YOUR BAGS HANDMADE AND WHERE ARE THEY MADE?
Yes, I hand make each and every order myself, here in my studio in Derbyshire, England.
This allows me to ensure high quality attention to detail and craftsmanship of every bag and cape that leaves my studio.
Being able to buy directly from the person who owns the business (me!) and is invested in the quality of the products and customer service doesn't happen very often and I'm proud to be able to offer this.
No mass production here, just slow fashion, made to order so there's no wastage and most importantly, a happy worker!
DO YOU OFFER PERSONALISATION?
Yes! Many of my clutches have the option to choose your own name, initials, monogram or birthday date.
The customisation is available in different colours and fonts - just select your choice and add your personalisation in the drop down menus on each of the product pages when you add-to-cart.
DO YOU OFFER A COMPLETELY BESPOKE SERVICE TOO?
Certainly! As everything is handmade by me, I can make a bag exactly to your requirements - size, shape, colour, embellishments etc. Just email me at emma@emmagordon.co.uk with your ideas and we can go from there.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A PERSONALISED OR BESPOKE PRODUCT TO BE MADE?
For personalised name and initial bags, these are usually made and sent out in 1-3 days of the receiving the order.
Bespoke items will take longer and will depend on what's required (ordering of materials and hardware) - I will always do my best to complete an order for a specified time/date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALISED AND BESPOKE ITEMS?
I am unable to refund or exchange items that are unique and have been specially made for you with your name or specifications.
WHICH OCCASIONS ARE YOUR BAGS SUITABLE FOR?
Many of my customers are excited brides, looking for the perfect clutch to use on their wedding day. I offer many options in white or ivory, satin, lace or sequins, they can also be personalised.
The non-bridal evening bags are perfect for Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom and wedding guests.
Whether you're attending a wedding or another formal event or party, there should be something suitable for you to choose!
The personalised bags make perfect and thoughtful gifts for birthdays, Mothers Day, Valentines Day. A bag handmade specially for them!
WHAT STYLES AND MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE?
I make a selection of styles including classic clutches, envelope clutches, zip-top pouches, handheld bags.
There is the option to add wristlets and shoulder straps.
Materials include duchess satin, lace and sequins. Embellished with pearls, glitter, diamante appliques.
Colours available are white, ivory, navy, black, light blue, red, blush pink, rose gold, gunmetal grey.
DO YOU OFFER 'SOMETHING BLUE' OPTIONS FOR THE WEDDING DAY?
Yes, all of my white and ivory bridal bags are lined with a light blue and white stripy cotton which is meant for your 'something blue'.
I also make a light blue satin 'Piper' handbag which would also be the perfect for this.
CAN I ORDER SETS OF HANDBAGS FOR MY BRIDESMAIDS OR BRIDAL PARTY?
Yes, I do have a section for ordering sets of the personalised clutches - either the sequin name or initial clutches or smaller satin clutches.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, I ship worldwide with the exception of the EU.
Unfortunately I am unable to ship to EU countries as I'm not able to collect the VAT that is required to ship to those countries.
However, I have an Etsy shop which can - so EU customers are welcome to shop there instead.

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU USE?
For items sent within the UK, I use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which takes 2 days.
For international orders, I use Tracked Airmail, which takes 7-10 days once dispatched.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
I don't accept returns or exchanges for personalised or custom products.
I do accept returns or exchanges for regular items - I just ask that you let me know within 7 days of receiving your order. I will then let you know where to send it back to.
It is the customers responsibility to send the returned item back and must be received back in perfect condition.
